Your personal data will not be shared with third parties for any purpose whatsoever.

 

Methods of Collecting Personal Data and the Legal Basis of Such Collection

 

Your personal data may be collected by the Company via electronic or physical platforms, telephone and open internet sources from directly you or indirectly public institutions or related third persons.

 

Your personal data will be processed based on following legal provisions stipulated under article 5 paragraph 2 limb (c): “Processing of personal data of the parties of a contract is necessary, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of the contract”, article 5 paragraph 2 limb (f): “Processing of data is necessary for the legitimate interests pursued by the data controller, provided that this processing shall not violate the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.” whereas special categories of personal data will be processed based on the “explicit consent of the data subject” set forth under article 6 paragraph 2.

Your rights

 

As per the Communiqué on Principles and Procedures for the Requests to the Data Controller, you may sent your requests relating to your rights stipulated under article 11 of the Law titled “Rights of the Data Subject” in writing at the following address of our Company: Burhanosb Mahallesi 13 Cadde No: 1 Akdeniz / Mersin, via secure electronic signature or mobile signature at aksun@hs03.kep.tr or in case you have previously notified the Company your e-mail, to info@aksun.com.tr via your e-mail address which has been previously registered to our Company’s records. 

 

I have received a copy of the Personal Data Protection Privacy Notice to Job Applicants. I do hereby declare that I have informed any third party whose personal data is to be shared with the Company during job application processes in accordance with the Law and related regulations as well as the purpose of sharing, they may be contacted by the Company in order to carry out a reference control, their consent required for such purposes is duly obtained and I shall indemnify the Company for any loss that may be incurred due to any conflict in relation thereto.
