Fruit medium to medium-large, spherical to obovoid; basal end commonly strongly furrowed; navel small and not prominent, but opening not closed; seedless.
Color reddish-orange at maturity.
Rind medium-thin and smooth.
Flesh color deep; texture medium; rather juicy; flavor sweet (less sprightly than Washington). Very early in maturity.
In comparison with Washington, the fruit of the Navelina variety averages a little smaller and has a much less prominent navel, the rind is smoother and deeper colored, and maturity is much earlier.

Especially well-colored (deep orange).  
Rind medium-thick, somewhat tender. Flesh color deep; texture firm; moderately juicy; flavor rich.  Fruit holds on tree and stores and ships relatively well.
They are primarily grown for human consumption for various reasons: their thicker skin makes them easy to peel. Their widespread distribution and long growing season have made navel oranges very popular.

Valencia Late’ is a particularly sweet type of orange. Its pulp is bright orange in colour and extremely juicy.
Owing to its hard-to-remove peel, it is not a very popular table fruit. It is much more suited to make delicious juice.
It is suitable for transport and storage for more then 4 months. Without having any quality issues, growers can keep this fruit on the tree till August.

Spring Navel known as the brother of Washington navel orange is a variety of orange which has strong aroma and is very tasty.
Fruit skin is bright orange in colour and nice odour of its characteristics. Fruit flesh quality is high, juicy, sweet and aromatic.
This is quite preferrable for table oranges
It matures a few weeks later than Washington and the sizes are bigger than Washington.
The rind color and pulp has orange color.

The Cara cara navel, or red-fleshed navel orange is an early-to-midseason navel orange believed to have developed as a cross between the Washington navel and the Brazilian Bahia navel.
This medium sized navel is sweet and low in acid.
The flavor is more complex than most navel varieties and has been described as evoking notes of cherry, rose petal, orange, and blackberry.

The fruit is large and is of excellent quality.
It has no pips and is orange in colour. The fruit is round in shape. As with the other varieties of the navel family, the fruit has a navel.
It has a high juice content, low in acidity and high in sugar.
The percentage of dissolved solids, total acids and degree of ripeness are very similar to that of the Washington Navel, although larger in size.
It has a greater adhesion to the stem and is firmer.

The Valencia orange is a sweet orange.
Primarily grown for processing and orange juice production, Valencia oranges have seeds, varying in number from zero to seven per fruit.
However, its excellent taste and internal color make it desirable for the fresh markets, too. After bloom, it usually carries two crops on the tree, the old and the new.
The commercial harvest season in Florida runs from March to June. Worldwide, Valencia oranges are prized as the only variety of orange in season during summer.
